    I am a true testament to this! She took the time to put our names on the back of the trophy making it personal. It has sat in whatever office ive had as a coach and I show it to any team I coach as a symbol of something they can strive for and achieveโ€ผ๏ธ Thanks @dawnstaley ๐Ÿ†

    When Dawn Staley won a National Championship she got all her former teammates at UVA, all her former players & coaches at Temple and all her former players & coaches at South Carolina miniature Natl. Championship trophies w/ a message on the back that said 'because of you.' ๐Ÿ

    Wow.. wow. wow!! No words. Coach you fought a good fight! RIP to my college coach when I was at USC. I remember always laughing at that high pitched voice when she was getting in my butt in practice lol โค๏ธ One of the OGโ€™s of womenโ€™s basketball! You fought the good fight coach ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

    ATHLETES: be honest! If ur not interested in a school, the level, the coachโ€™s vibe, the feeling of the fit, or whatever the case is, tell the coach so they can focus their energy elsewhere. Its ok. TRUST. But dont ignore text/calls or be extra short just bc you feel obligated.

    โ€œShow Respect Saturdayโ€ STUDENT ATHLETES.. take your phones off DND and respond to coaches! Its a simple thing called respect. Yall are on your phones all day everyday. You complain when coaches donโ€™t contact you, when they do, you dont respond. You want respect, GIVE IT!

    The last 8/9 yrs Ive posted crazy w/oโ€™s (on my IG page), mainly 2 show there r NO LIMITS 2 what a woman can do. But it creates a false sense @ times, bc ppl dont realize how hard I work @ the simple things daily It takes being PHENOMENAL @ the simple 2 be GREAT @ the advanced๐Ÿ†
