    All I needed when I was playing college basketball was just one Coach to tell me that my worth didn’t rely on how I performed on the court I didn’t have that Now I will always remind our players they are intelligent, beautiful, strong women, regardless of how they’re performing

    Just showing up and doing what you’re supposed to do at practice isn’t enough... unless you want a mediocre season. You HAVE to put in extra. You HAVE to do more than just what is asked of you. You can’t do average work, and expect excellent results. Put in the extra time NOW.
