    With all of the @NCAADIII rule proposals I wish that they would propose to allow voluntary workouts for D3 basketball off season. The ability to work w/ our players in the off season is so beneficially and it showed this season, and a lot of the players want that opportunity!!

    Today I heard a coach telling his player that she is going to find a lot of things in this world that she likes but find what she loves and figure out a way to do that for the rest of her life. Made me stop and think how lucky I am to wake up and do what I love everyday #blessed

    Recruits as you go through the recruiting process I advise you find a coach that is not just invested in your success while you’re at their school but long after. I got lucky the day I chose to play for @CoachMReilly No better mentor long after playing
