Any high school hoops player who just automatically looks down at D3 hoops please watch the D3 Elite 8 games tomorrow. It is crazy how talented these teams and players are. Good luck making a D3 roster.

- I am furious.....we college coaches are being told NO to get into WPIAL playoff games cause of a “capacity”. To tell college coaches trying to recruit the kids to play in college is crazy. We are trying to do our jobs! Again ITS ABOUT THE KIDS THOUGH RIGHT? @WPIALBasketball
- NCAA and D3 Hoops has to get away from worrying about flying teams in the NCAA tournament. The best teams deserve to host at this level. NCAA has plenty of money to fly teams places. You should not play a whole regular season and earn hosting rights and then have to travel.
- Can we start giving scholarships to D3 kids then? These kids have to pay for the 5th year if they want it. - I was recruiting all day today...the gym vibe just wasn’t the same all day with the news of Kobe....my oldest Rowan who’s 12, texted me and asked me “Daddy when will you be home”. I gave him a time and asked “why”. He said “cause I need to see you tonight”. I lost it 😢😢😢
- Today we lost 71-70 in our AMCC conference championship. I want to thank this group for this season. A few weeks ago we were struggling to figure out a lot. We then went on a 7 game winning streak to make it to today. We have it our all. I love my team! No regrets!!
- I hope COVID enjoys it’s day off tomorrow since restrictions don’t start until 12:01 Saturday.
