- Local rec leagues were for development. AAU was for exposure. Everyone couldn’t play AAU. You couldn’t team hop either. Let’s make basketball about basketball again
- Unfortunately we live in a time where most players and parents don’t understand that 10 assists > 10 points 10 assists = 20 points minimum 10 points = 10 points
- Winning a game by 40 points in AAU means 1 of 2 things 1. You’re in the wrong tournament or bracket 2. The other team is in the wrong tournament or bracket
- AAU and public school coaches. If you have a player participating in the CP3 Rising Stars event, make sure you text them cause…just make sure you text them 😭😭😭

- You want to play at the next level? It takes a village to make it happen. Player ✅ Parents ✅ HS Coach ✅ AAU Coach ✅ Trainer ✅ When this village works together, great things happen. When this village doesn’t work together…there is typically alot of finger pointing
- Gotta stop promoting this. Tournament director should’ve called the game immediately. If sportsmanship isn’t being promoted and demanded by the adults then what do we expect the kids to do? Everyone is gonna say “senseless violence” when someone reacts to this behavior
