- My family is leaving Maryland for job opportunities for my wife. I will be a college football coach again. I don’t typically post things like this, but I feel really strongly we need to do better for young people
- I haven’t earned the moniker of an old coach yet, but I’m not a young one either. I’ve thought about this moment many many times. What it would be like,the jubilation/excitement.As I sit here all I can think about is the people at every stop along the way. Thanks to you all #FAST

- As some of you may know in 2015 I was abducted at gun point and taken for a few hours. We were let go and immediately I went to look for help. Adrenaline pumping I accidentally smashed a window at an apartment complex trying to get the attention of the occupants inside.
