Coming out of twitter retirement to live tweet during the 2008 National Championship game at 11 AM CT on CBS. I feel pretty good about this one.

- So proud to coach the best person and competitor that happens to be the the nat'l POY Congrats Frank. Your legacy at ku will live forever
- Last week was full of fun. Now it’s time to get back to work. So proud of our loyal fans and the group of men thst represented all of us on and off the court. #STUDS
- I am not on social media much but since announcing Kevin would not play in the tournament, I’ve been told Kevin and this situation have been portrayed inaccurately. What I said in a 45 second video clip is true. His knee hasn’t improved in the last two weeks. It hurts too much
- College bb was so good in 2008. All four #1 seeds made it to San Antonio. And we were the lowest rated one. Which means we got the worst hotel of the four.
- I hope this provided a little entertainment during these times. Stay safe and healthy.
- Great night for ku. So proud of Josh and Frank. Phoenix and Sac both got better. We've all been spoiled watching them both compete.
- One of ku’s all time greats and one of my players I’m most proud of just graduated with his Liberal Arts and Science degree. Congrats Sherron Collins, you’ve made many happy and proud. Rock Chalk.
- What a game. What a team what a group of individuals. They spoiled us. What a privilege to be their coach. Joe Kurtis Danny Ronnie Mike Lee, what a staff. Thanks for giving me the ride of my life. Love you all.
- Last night Gethro Muscadin and a friend were involved in a serous one car accident. He, his friend, and their families need a miracle. Please lift them up as Gethro fights for his life.
- Ok from this point forward watch body language of our guys. It’s perfect. No stooped shoulders. No pointing fingers. No head hung. Total maturity. Proudest moment of a coach.
- Gethro Muscadin passed away late last night. He had been unresponsive since the car accident last December. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Gethro’s loved ones. So young. So sad. He will always be a teammate of ours. RIP
