- Families that take basketball serious, don’t go on vacations during basketball season. Sacrifices. Sorry.
- Posting fake offers, fake commitments, 8th graders setting times to announce their HS, JV players talking about rankings. This generation’s need for personal attention is wild.
- Choosing exposure over development at a young age is ruining a lot of kids.
- If you’re a sophomore or younger deciding where to play AAU, your 1st priority should be getting better. Not names that sound good, circuits, gear, who your friends play with, travel, or exposure. Find the right mix of playing time, competition level, & quality coaching.

- Thankful for the recognition by Coach Dawkins and our staff! UCF is on a special journey and I’m happy to be able to contribute even more in this expanded role. #ChargeOnMoving on up 🫡
- Having real relationships with your players has never been more important than it is now in college basketball.

- Excited to get to work! Thank you to @Coach_Dawkins for the opportunity and to everyone that has helped me get to this point! #GoKnights #GKCO ⚔️
- Sometimes a kid just needs to know his coach believes in him 🔓
- Thank you for everything Dr. Phillips HS! Looking forward to finding a college program where I can help attract talent, win championships, and develop players. Time to grow 🙏🏼
