- While doing lessons today Today I saw a kid yell at his dad over and over because each pitch wasn’t perfect. While the mom stood by and shouted every exit velo. The kid in my lesson stopped, and said “my dad would never let me talk to him like that”
- The most important part of coaching, is communication. “Hey bud you are sitting, because I have you slotted to pitch tomorrow.” When they don’t know the plan they guess. Solve the problem for them
- To every player I’ve coached/impacted - I will always be there for you - Dont ever feel like you’re alone in this world - it’s okay to not be okay
