A lot of people still think that "veggies" or anything that is colorful is required in a healthy diet. I can see this notion to be pushed even in a "low-carb" settings, including LC conferences. Again, plants are not your friends, no matter how colorful or sweet your plate is.

This is called food chain. You are menat to be on the top of it.

This a brilliant article. Do not take it personally if you are one of those who run. Running is not a key to health. Not at all.

Studies, studies, studies.... what about your common sense?

A plant-free lunch at the Autism Conference in Moscow. Only animal-based food on your plate if you wish. So that you can stay alert for the rest of the presentations which was worth. Veal and salmon only grilled. Something I never came across at a regular medical conference.

Anorexia nervosa is reversed by a meat-and-fat diet. Publication from 2023. This is in agreement with our experience. Our anorexia nervosa (alternating with binge-eating) patient increased her weight from 29 to 52 kg and is completely healthy and has been without relapse already

Do not overcomplicate. No matter if it is saturated or unsaturated. Plant oils are not meant to be part of your human diet.

Officially Crohn's disease is regarded to be incurable. It is time to getting used to the idea that Crohn's is curable if the patient wishes to recover too. Currently, this patient is disease-free already for 7 years. paleomedicina.com/hu/crohns-dise…

Every time I post about the potential harm caused by supplements, I am losing followers. No problem, so far you do not misunderstand my message. To make myself more clear it is only vitamin D that may be needed under some circumstances if you follow a healthy diet.

On the left, our first known case with Crohn's completely reversed (2010) and on the right our first case completely healed and published (2016). On the left, leading physician of Paleomedicina, Csaba, on the right physician-to-be Péter just admitted to the medical university!

You do not have to supplement a full-value diet. If you have to supplement your diet, your diet is likely not perfect.

I am happy to let you know that after an email exchange with preprints.org our paper on glioblastoma is now posted. Having seen our papers rejected from preprints and pubmed-compatible journals for the last 6 years it feels like a breakthrough. preprints.org/manuscript/201…

Yes, we do eat animals, because we have to, not because we enjoy killing animals. Nothing is further from truth.
