I spoke to someone today, Catherine was their Barrister many years ago. The Solicitor charged €10,000. Catherine rang him and told him she saw the Solicitor’s bill and she wouldn’t be charging him anything. She didn’t have to. That’s Catherine. #TheBigInterview
Eamon Ryan: let’s rob people of their only source of heating while people are going cold in their homes. Many people who buy turf are older and can no longer physically safe it themselves. This is tone deaf from Government and will be resisted.
Disappointing to see 14 of the 36 women elected to the 33rd Dáil vote against an extension to maternity leave for those mothers who have faced so many challenges during their maternity leave because of Covid19. The @matleave2020 campaign will continue and intensify.
People across the West & North West are in an emergency situation. It is unacceptable that the Government would not sit in the Dáil next week. We have a job to do for the people who put us in our positions and this is made more difficult without the Dáil functioning next week.
Neale Richmond says insurance costs are down🤔 My car insurance is up for renewal it’s up €200 with no change of circumstances. House insurance is up and health insurance is so high people aren’t taking it out anymore. @SaturdayRTE
Me: Get the ESB, who your Government majority own, to suspend standing charges and the PSO levy and provide goodwill payments to customers affected by the Storm.
Taoiseach: We will “reflect and examine”… 🙄
Could this Government response be any worse?
