- I found out today that Mercedes brought a Hamilton fan into their garage after learning she had her dress pulled up by drunk spectators at #AustrianGP. I spoke to Toto Wolff after who said any abusers can “F**k off” & to “Stay home, we don’t want you.” #F1
- Lewis Hamilton spoke today about his visit to the W Series paddock. He said we need to do more for young girls to get into the sport as there is “no progression” into F2 and F3 atm. I asked if he had put his thoughts forward on the next steps. “I will.” #F1 #HungarianGP
- I saw Sebastian Vettel stop & pick up some rubbish today (water bottles) as he walked to the interview pen. He actively came out of the pen after his DNF specifically to do that. Just a little reminder we are all human and I wish twitter wasn’t so negative. #F1 #RussianGP #BBCF1
- Politely called out a fellow journalist when speaking to @OconEsteban today after he said “the boys at the team.” I reminded him women worked there too. “Very important point” came the response from Ocon. No malice intended from the journo - but this language must change #F1
