No, I honestly don't think spacex has really struggled too much with starship. They basically invented the first fully and rapidly reusable SHLV for ~$5 billion. That level of capital efficiency in development is just mindboggling. They're killing it with starship rn.
SpaceX has all the experience in the world with Falcon9 and still struggled with Starship.
Im not confident Blue Origin's experience with New Shepard garentees the first flight of New Gelnn will go as perfectly as many assume
