UVF man Brian Robinson murdered Paddy McKenna, an innocent Catholic. Tomorrow a large scale parade will be held commemorating Robinson whilst traumatising Paddy's family. It's vile that this annual event goes ahead and if we can't condemn it, then we can't condemn IRA events.

If the IRA murdered a Protestant and held an annual parade celebrating the murderer, most people would rightly be outraged. The same standards should be applied to the annual Brian Robinson parades, an individual who murdered an innocent Catholic. This event has no place in NI.

Ian Paisley's expenses - £245k ( 1st Feb 20 to 31st Jan 21) would be outrageous during normal times, however, during a pandemic it's scandalous & must trigger an independent audit. This is exactly the type of thing the DUP needs to address if it wants to remain a serious player!

The TUV's Anne Smyth attacked Linda Ervine for promoting the Irish language in East Belfast, suggesting Unionists weren't interested. It's therefore ironic that the the DUP's Ruth Brooks who speaks Irish topped the poll with *1690* votes whilst Anne Smyth finished second last.

To put England's win tonight into context, if everyone reading this tweet lives for a thousand years, you'll still not hear the end of it.

I'm not a GAA fan, however, it does seem like a huge outlier for local TV media at the BBC and UTV to not be broadcasting the final live, particularly with Tyrone playing. The same criticism extends to the lack of live TV coverage for NI matches. Room for improvement.

Yes I'm a Unionist sharing a SF tweet because the point is valid and this TD has been on the ball about insurance companies long before Covid-19 struck.
I can't believe the insurance companies are still at it, trying to wriggle out of paying businesses who have been forced to close because of the Covid crisis. Have they no shame? I've been in touch with the Central Bank demanding action because this nonsense has to stop now.

After tonight, Unionism can't and doesn't deserve to be taken seriously. Jamie Bryson is destructive and cares about nothing but self-promotion, if Unionists of all shades don't starve him of attention both online and in reality then we deserve everything we get.

David Trimble's huge role in bringing peace to NI is often understated. His task was complex in getting fragmented Unionism on-board with no support outside his party and very little within it. Unionism has generally airbrushed him from memory but he deserves better recognition.

Today is the anniversary of Paddy McKenna's murder. Paddy was an innocent Catholic murdered by UVF terrorist Brian Robinson. It is sick and perverse that today in the Shankill a large parade was held commemorating Robinson. No Unionist should accept or turn a blind eye to this!

I've spoken to quite a few people today about the election, including a number of DUP members. One theme is clear: absolutely nobody seems to be sorry that Ian Paisley is exiting the scene. It's quite remarkable.

For *those* in Ireland who want to mock the death of the Queen, be it online or at sporting events, etc, you cannot expect Unionists and others to believe their traditions will be respected in a UI when in sections of the current Ireland this behaviour is being normalised.

Those of us who are Unionists have a choice to make. We can continue fighting every hopeless battle, alienate everyone, obstruct everything and take lumps out of each other whilst we wonder why the Unionist bloc shrinks, or we could recognise things aren't working and change...

Jim Wells is using a frequent platform on Radio Ulster to troll, today asking for an apology from the gay community. Wells along with Bryson are overexposed, embarrassing and unreflective of mainstream Unionism and NI as a whole. The BBC must offer alternative Unionist voices.
