    we've expanded the playoff, realigned conferences, started letting boosters pay the players and dropped most transfer restrictions. CFB can be flexible when it wants so lets drop the FBS transition rule. or get JMU a waiver. Dukes deserve a shot at a bowl

    college football, for me, is entrenched in the hours of these fall Saturdays. the routines and rhythms of fans, the variance provided by the sport itself and its college-aged participants. we won't get that in the playoff, so on the final full Saturday i say, let's have a day.
