00:00 - No matter what he's doing, even if he gets hit, shocked, knocked down etc...Hazama does not let his hat touch the ground. Even when it looks like it fell off, he always has it in hand. The BB anime double downs on this, and explains he has an Ars on his hat to summon it at will.
