- Apparently a 17 year old from Downer Grove, IL led the entire #MLBDraftCombine in EXIT VELO (116) and was 2nd with 101 from the OF. @jimcallisMLB @MLBPipeline @MLBNetwork @JonathanMayo

- Lost a former player last night to violence. Will never forget when he signed his NIL he acknowledged that baseball kept him out of trouble. Tears were rolling down his face as he was addressing the group. He was a great kid and we will miss him terribly.
- Only a handful of people witnessed this in person at UIC, but it sure was special to be around him. #PlayForCharlie
