- Carriacou is flat. Finished. My cousin’s brand new house had a whole trunk crash through her window. My friends have lost their businesses. And my beloved grandmother’s house where we had all our memories growing up (already on its last legs) is probably gone. I’m devestated

- Most people don’t realise that all these ready made powder seasonings are just salt (a lot) with a colouring of some sort (paprika/turmeric), ground herbs and anti-caking agents. If you use fresh herbs there’s no need for he wuleap ah powder!
