- The beach walk was intense! lots of very sweaty people by the end!

- Some time last year... or... years ago? I posted a photo of myself shirtless, quoting how progress takes time. Today i show myself to you all again, and say that even when the times become tough, getting back up and continuing, fighting to make progress, is an honorable goal <3
