That dude who looks like that one guy and talks about ImSims and spooky games a lot. I will not confirm nor deny if I am actually the cat seen in the videos.
I'm at a local con cuz I met a guy who was really excited about his band playing there. It's past 30 min after the show was supposed to start and they aren't even through sound check because no one showed up to help them set up and they probably didn't get any warning about that.
Like man I feel so bad for these guys, they got totally screwed. Like this is the nightmare scenario for any stage performer. I hope they end up getting better gigs than this, because this was outright cruel to do to them.
Update on this, they got it going after about 45 minutes and had a great set. Things were not helped in the slightest by... Well, everything but they got to play their show. I hope they have a nice after-party (we dipped out because we had a long day and a long drive home)
Also, you're damn right we went to the merch table and bought a couple of their shirts once the show was over and we gave our congratulations/condolences.
There's like ONE guy in one of their shirts frantically running around the audience area with his laptop trying to get the mix right. *Supposedly* they weren't even allowed near the stage til their start time
Oh hey, a hit tweet. Do me a favor and support your local musicians and artists, even the ones that dress up like Naruto characters and sing nothing but anime covers. Lords knows art and passion need all the help it can get these days.
Yep. They finally got their set going. Seriously though it's hard to to a small act dirtier than having them show up to find out literally. Nothing is set up and they got a figure out how this stage works *as* they're supposed to be playing
I can think of no greater disservice to Arkane Austin's legacy as being labelled the studio that made Redfall as they're getting the axe. C'mon, associate them with literally any other game they made.
UPDATE: In its first week of being live, Flyknight has KEPT its overwhelmingly positive rating, climbing up to 97% positive reviews across over 2,500 reviews. This game is amazing and only 6 dollars. WHY HAVEN'T YOU PLAYED IT YET?!?!?!
