Today, we honor the lives of CM alumni Mr. Mark Bavis '88 and Mr. John Cahill '62.
18 years ago, both men boarded United Flight 175 and died when it crashed into the World Trade Center.
We ask that you hold a moment of silence this morning and forever keep them in your hearts.
This morning, our school reaffirmed its commitment to servant leadership when eight members of the basketball team hosted the funeral of homeless U.S. Army veteran Timothy Fowl in our school chapel. Thank you, Mr. Fowl, for living a life that inspires us to be more.
It is with great sadness that we share the news that James Sullivan ’21, who courageously battled cancer with the support of his family and friends, has passed away. Our hearts are broken as we reflect upon James, his life, and the many joys that he shared with the CM community.
At 8:46 AM, our community paused for a moment of silence to honor those who lost their lives on 9/11.
Our community lost two alumni that day: Mr. John Cahill '62 (left) and Mr. Mark Bavis '88 (right). Join us in remembering their lives and the loved ones they left behind.
On Friday night, eight of CM's 1,000-point scorers returned to Baker Street where they paid tribute to the latest member of the 1,000-point club, Kurtis Henderson.
