    Regarding LittleKings product testers. #ABUniverse #LittleKings
    For ABU LittleKings™, we chose our testers based on relationships already existing between our team and the tester(s) - our friends. This was done for multiple reasons. This was not a popularity contest. There are at least 30% of our testers that have almost no social media following. We needed people we knew and could trust. We needed to trust them to give honest feedback, and also not to release the design early. Our testing base was diverse, made up of all genders, people of color, a wide variety of body types, and a very wide age range.

    Regarding the recent job posting by ABU.
    Hello, I wanted to take a moment to provide a brief note regarding the most recent job posting and specifically the wage posted. Prior to this job posting, we did not have anyone within the organization making less than $15/hour, and the vast majority are making more than this. The job posting has been corrected to reflect this starting wage. Further, in the USA, beginning at our most recent insurance renewal, benefits now start the first day of the month following 30 days of employment (not 90 days). I initiated a review to ensure that all staff are being paid at or above the living wage plus benefits. The well-being of our staff has been, and always will be, our top priority.
