Beautiful Chaos: Gary Russell (as of initial writing June 2022) I read it a while back, so some details have slipped my mind, but it was a pretty nice book. I liked Donna's characterization, and Wilf's always great. Wilf's friend Netty was, of course, absolutely heartbreaking.

Yeah technically it would be more accurate to call him "Jesus the Christ", or "Christ Jesus". It would be like saying "Charles King" or something like that

To modern audiences, "You built a time machine? ... Out of a DeLorean???" is just "whoa he made a car time machine". They don't get the context of "why'd you pick such a bad car?"

Something I love about the 50th Anniversary is that they picked one book to represent each Doctor to reprint to try to get new fans to read the books. I understand why they wouldn't do that now, since they barely publish anything, but it'd be nice to see what the picks would be.

Hey remember that episode of Torchwood where Owen digs up a skeleton and is like "this is clearly a woman" and also makes a bunch of claims about it and then at the end of the episode everyone's mocking him because every single observation he made was wrong aside from "skeleton"?
