UNACCEPTABLE. The female governor of a state in Nigeria has enacted a new law that imposes surgical castration on convicted rapists and the death penalty on those whose victims are under age 14. Time for change in America.

Yes. Former governor of Kaduna state @elrufai in 2020 signed the Kaduna State Penal Code (Amendment) Law, in which punishments for rape include surgical castration, bilateral salpingectomy (removal of the fallopian tubes for female convicts), as well as death in some cases.
