Dear Cardinal Pell, created Cardinal with you in 2003 by John Paul II, I thank the Higher Court of Australia with you for upholding your innocence at this time to enable you celebrate your vindication with that of the Lord, whose priest you are, at EASTER. May He be Praised!

Happy birthday, Holy Father, Pope Francis! It is a blessing for me to serve the Church with You and under Your leaderdhip. May God bless You & your ministry!

My biggest moment of intercession is at the distribution of communion. Can any of us be so sinless: full of Grace, as to be worthy of the presence of the Lord at communion? Yet we receive the Lord in the Eucharist because we trust in his mercy! Let's pray & wish same for sinners!

As you step into the New Year 2022, "MAY THE LORD BLESS & KEEP YOU ALWAYS. MAY HE LET HIS FACE SHINE GRACIOUSLY ON YOU & GRANT YOU PEACE. MAY THE LORD GO BEFORE YOU TO GUIDE YOUR WAYS & MAY HE GO BEHIND YOU TO PROTECT YOU ALWAYS. MAY YOU LIVE ALWAYS IN HIS PEACE & LOVE!

InVatican mandates of Office-Heads expire at death/resignation of Pope or expiry of 5yr term of office. One surrenders mandate for Pope/new Pope to renew/extend mandate or reassign. Turkson surrendered in 2013 Francis renewed 5yr mandate in 2016. Now must awaitnew action of Pope!

Concerning the on-going debate about abortion & worthiness to receive communion, my response is that of Jesus: "Let any of you that is without sin be the first to throw a stone ....". (Jn 8:7). Ours is not to declare public sinners; our is to pray for conversion of sinners.

At the Lincoln Memorial last night, Card. W. Gregory led new President, new Vice-President & spouses & families to pray that "harmony, like balm, may heal the USA as nation". To this pray, I say: AMEN, with all my heart. !!! @CardinalTurkson

This Russian-Ukraine war between Christians of the same confession is sinful & shameful May it please God that the desired ceasefire talks are blessed to really take place, and that they bear fruit of lasting peace, harmony and mutual respect!

In areas of violence in the USA, I plead with, indeed, pray all pastors & religious leaders of communities to call their faithful to calm this Sunday. The death of Floyd is disgracefully inhuman & sad enough. Let us not add to it, making it & memory of Floyd ugly with violence.

St Francis of Assisi has come alive again in Pope Francis. This time, not a hymn to God about creation: LAUDATO SI, but an exhortation to his followers: "You are all brothers" (fratelli tutti)!

Ireland had a Bloody Sunday in the past. Now Ukraine has a Bloody Easter. Both are betrayals of Christians' most sacred moments and days. Risen Jesus, at Easter 2022, kindly breathe your gift and Spirit of peace on our war-ridden world!

Pope Francis, you walk the talk! Your teaching of inclusive love of God which set you on the trail of St Francis to meet and talk FRATERNITY and denounce violence in name of religion with Sunnis in Emirates , now leads U to talk Fraternity & denounce violence with Shites in Iraq.
