- Casey Williams has been a valuable new piece since arriving at Norcross, a long and gifted athlete that’s super active around the rim. He got up shockingly high to finish a lob at one point and tallied several blocks on the defensive end too. #GBCALive
- Fresh off the Georgia Tech commitment, Akai Fleming showed up and showed out. He scored it with efficiency in the win this afternoon, some big dunks in transition and tough jumpers off the dribble. He’s headed to Overtime Elite next year.
- A dominant outing to end the weekend for AOT, Ace Bailey and Jamichael Davis combining for 55 of the team’s 82 points. AOT looks more and more dangerous as they fill in the holes with complimentary pieces and 2025 plug-ins.
- Maddux Bodenhamer has been the one to catch my eye this morning for Team Mookie. A strong and patient point guard, Bodenhamer always makes the right reads. Takes advantage of scoring opportunities but doesn’t need to score to affect the game.
- Hiram - 93 Tri-Cities - 73 F Impressive showing all-around from Hiram in Round 2. Tri-Cities never gave up, Kory Mincy and Noricco Danner each had 23 pts. Jay Boyd led Hiram with 28 points and multiple role players stepped up.
