Official service alerts for @Caltrain. Some information is automated, delays are approximate. To report an issue call Customer Service at 1.800.660.4287.
- Introducing 24/7 Automated #Caltrain Delay tweets. When a train is 10 minutes behind schedule a tweet will be generated. These are estimates based on real-time location of the trains. Other service messages are still human-generated 7am-7pm, M-F.We have some exciting changes happening today on this account. We think many of you will be pleased. Stay tuned.
- We understand Twitter is no longer solely viable as a communication platform. We are in process of migrating to new, more robust system that will still include Twitter, but also feed text/email/web/API alerts. We do publish alerts on the Service Alerts tab on the web.
- NB303 is struggling at Morgan Hill.

- Currently no delays related to downed eucalyptus trees.
- ALERT: Tree down on overheard wires at North Lane in Burlingame due to the storm. Because of this, no train service will operate between the Hillsdale and Millbrae stations for much of the morning so that crews can safely remove the tree and repair wires.

- Due to two downed trees at Burlingame and San Antonio, there is no service between those stations. Trains will depart on the hour from Tamien (SJ) to Sunnyvale, and from San Francisco to Millbrae. No service between Millbrae and Sunnyvale.
