Amazing accomplishment! Congratulations to Zak and the Spurrier family!I am very excited to announce that I will be continuing my academic and baseball career at The University of Kentucky! I would like to thank God, my family, friends, teammates, coaches and everyone who has pushed me and been alongside me to make this happen! Go cats! ⚪️🔵
- Central’s amazing run comes to an end against St. X. What a year it was. Special thanks to these 6 seniors, they turned this program around and got us to the state tournament. We will miss them more than they’ll ever know.
- Your 5th region CHAMPIONS, the Central Hardin Bruins!!! Bruins defeat Etown 7-1, and we’re heading to the state tournament!!!
- Big meal before the game thanks to an anonymous donor.
- Congratulations to Ryan Bibb for committing to play for John A. Logan (@LoganVolsBsbl) . The Vols are getting an outstanding student as well as an exceptional baseball talent. Good luck Ryan!
- Congratulations to Zak Spurrier on being selected first team All-state.
- In addition to being a great player, Carson Yates has also been recognized for his academic prowess. He won this award over 120 other high achieving student athletes. Congratulations Carson on this incredible honor.
- Central Hardin completes the regular season sweep of Etown. Caden Alvey throws a complete game 2 hitter with 14 ks. Carson Yates goes 3/4 w/ 3 doubles. Central earns the #1 seed for the district postseason.
- Central Hardin is in the state baseball tournament for the first time since 2013 and hoping to make the most of the experience. @C_H_Baseball @chhsbruinathl
00:00 - Caden Alvey (@CadenAlvey3) and Zak Spurrier (@ZakerySpurrier) were both selected to represent Team Kentucky at the PBR State and Futures games respectively. They will be competing against the best players in the country. Thank you @PBRKentucky for this amazing opportunity.

- Bruins defeat a solid St. Henry team 6-2. Zak Spurrier goes the distance, 4 hits, 9ks. And no surprise, Carson Yates with a clutch double to open the game up. Yates is now hitting. 462 with 30 hits, 10 of which are doubles and 2 hrs. Bruins return to action Monday against Male.
