    13 years ago today my world changed forever. I was told, “You broke your neck. You’ll never play ball again. Your career is over. You’ll likely never run again.” Only 1 of those was true; I had broken my neck. With hard work, heart & perseverance, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. #grateful

    2026 recruits —there was a fire in my neighbors apartment last night just before midnight. My neighbors & I are all okay. My living room wall blew out & my place was pretty flooded. It’s been a long night. I have some things to sort through so my Sept 1 calls will be delayed.

    12 years ago today I was in a car accident that forever changed my life. I broke my neck in three places. They told me I'd never walk again. That I would certainly never play softball again. And yet... I did. Miracles happen every day. Never stop believing in yourself. #GRATEFUL

    22 years ago — I was 16 & was out playing ball in CO. July 1 was the contact date & I got to talk to my dream schools. It was the coolest. Now I get to go watch this generation play & pursue their dreams. Grateful is an understatement. Love these full circle moments. 🌄💛
