- Big time! Kaela Persico had back-to-back home runs in her first two collegiate at-bats Friday. Did we mention that it was her birthday? Or that it was her first day back since knee surgery last March?
- We had a special guest at bat today for the Bruins. Miss Abigail Harvey hit a single to start off the 7th inning! Way to go Abigail!
00:00 - When your team is full of nursing students there’s never a shortage of people willing to help bandage up a cut. One player has the gloves on, one has the ointment goop all ready and another has the bandages prepared. We are quick and efficient when it comes to medical treatment!

- What a weekend for CSM softball alumnae - Emma Hofmaier, Lex Howe, Marissa McGargill and Maddie Nekola celebrated their nursing pinning, Rylee Scholl got married and Chloe Jensen earned her white coat at medical school.

- Meet & Greet! The first CSM softball team meeting for the 2021-2022 season happened tonight. The ladies got some new swag including adidas travel shoes to help them “Keep a foot on the gas!”
- Dropped off a bunch of winter hats/gloves/scarves and CASH to the Omaha VA Medical Center this morning for their Homeless Veterans Stand Down event! Thanks to everyone that helps us support our veterans!
- What a day! We had two scrimmages against a very talented Bellevue squad. Everyone got to play at least 6 innings, we had an awesome group of recruits come watch, there were a ton of alums back to support us and it was a big crowd. What an experience for our first fall event!
- Today was just a simple day for CSM softball - weightlifting & study tables. But I can’t even tell you how proud I am of this year’s team in both of those areas. They are killin’ it. I’m so excited for our traditional season to start in January! @MTangemanCSCS
