- At a loss for the right words. Mr. Nees made Kennedy and happier and kinder place. I heard him singing to his class two Friday’s ago and thought to myself: “that’s something that just makes our school special.” Never imagined it would be the last time I heard his voice. 💚💛
- You were the greatest leader. The best mentor. The most compassionate person. You showed us all how to be better. No matter your situation, you gave us all hope. No matter the struggles and difficulties the job threw at you, you led. Rest in eternal peace, friend.
- Wow! Freshman Bella Trotter had a dream come true thanks to @MakeAWish! She flew to Boston to meet her favorite actress @bridgitmendler, star of Good Luck Charlie and Wizards of Waverly Place. Bella got her nails done with Bridgit, too! 💚 How cool!
- Ironic to share on social media. But these students intentionally stack their phones up during lunch for the purpose of having real conversations with each other.
- I am fully vaccinated. Most of my school building is not. I will continue to wear my mask when I am in public spaces in my school because I could still spread the virus to unvaccinated people.

- I want to give a very special thanks to Aaron Stecker. He made the summer season possible by leading throughout the spring in preparing for all of these changes. And enforcing the rules to keep everyone healthy all summer. You think you know how hard he works. You have no idea!
