    Some moments in life are just....well, hard. Hard to grasp, hard to understand. Just...hard. So, spend a little extra time with those you care about today, tell them they are important to you today...maybe even play them a little song on the guitar, just so they know you care.

    The bus our swim team was on stalled out on the way to Districts. Thanks to @LMHS_Athletics and @LinnMarHSIowa and Coach Belin...they sent their bus back to pick up our @JFKMensSwimming team to get them to the meet. @SeniorRamsAD to flex the schedule so we can warm up. 🙏
