So disrespecting a Retired Colonel on Social Media by claiming without evidence that he is a fraud, then spreading that lie to other users on X further infringing on that Colonels freedom of speech in an online community while disrespecting and threatening him seems like a clear violation to me. Wouldn’t you agree chuck? It’s certainly conduct unbecoming, isn’t it?
