    One our favorite ways to end a practice! 10 guys get 40 seconds to push the line sled 100 yards. If they make the time, the entire team gets to take stations off on Friday and go to the pool instead! Can they do it?

    10 Seniors, 100 yard sled push! Coach Eben told them if they could do it in 45 seconds, they could get a break from conditioning stations tomorrow. They said they could do it under 40 seconds and wanted 2 days off. Here is what happened!
