With his contract set to expire, #Seahawks linebacker Ernest Jones IV made it known he wants to remain with the team.
“I love it here. I would love to be here … hopefully, you know, we get something done so I can be around.”

Lynden boys basketball will honor Jerry Kok at their home game tomorrow, naming him the first-ever recipient of the Servant Warrior Award.
Chas Kok (@BEHSCoachK) will receive the award in his father's honor.
It will be annually handed out as the Jerry Kok Service Award.
My last day at CDN will be this coming Monday.
I’m finishing the prep/college season before joining the staff @All_SeahawksFN on @SInow.
I want to give a huge thank you to @CorbinSmithNFL for the opportunity.
I’ll still be around Whatcom County, so this isn’t goodbye.
12s, please give a warm welcome to @CJohnBenintendi, who will be joining our @All_SeahawksFN staff for the 2024 season!
He will start writing for us at the end of this month! Please give him a follow and a hello!
If you watched the game tonight and think any piece of the loss is on Geno Smith ... go re-watch it. Very closely.

This smile was far bigger.
#Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald is an exceptional defensive coach, but he didn't reinvent the wheel. The mentality and connection of his players are the most important pieces.
“I think the X’s and O’s, man, they’re overrated.”
