I shattered my humerus 3 weeks ago and needed surgery to fix it. Freak accident. And after surgery I sat there thinking about how for most of human history this was an injury that maimed someone for life and possibly killed them. Medical science is amazing

If it’s not in the first 15 minutes out of the oven you should be toasting. The absolute ideal is no toast, but unless it’s a morning where it’s bumping, odds are good it’s not fresh enough for no toasting.
