    Abolish Sharia councils in the UK. A parallel religious system should never have been allowed to exist in the first place, even if it's for civil matters. Sharia is rigged against women and has no place in the 21st century.

    10 years after Britain abolished it archaic blasphemy laws, the @APPGBritMuslims introduces blasphemy laws through the back door. On the one hand it suggests that it does not aim to restrict debate on Islam, then later suggested the need to clamp down on "islamophobic speech".
