    Welsh Prem doesn’t work mind!!! Hell of a showing over the last few weeks from the youngsters of @Cardiff_Rugby plus the boys who have come in from the Prem!! Goes to show what these kids can achieve with a sprinkling of experienced players and opportunity! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    Top news!! After all the negative press the league gets, it will be great for all teams to showcase their talents. Yes we are not pro teams, yes there are more mistakes, but what you will get is exciting games where players are not afraid to try things #fridaynightlights #prem

    A big thanks to the @PontypriddRFC and @evrfc supporters. Due to their generosity during the bucket collection, today we were able to present the Special Care Baby Unit in POW with a number of items they needed to make families stay there a bit easier #rugbyfamily #thankyou

    One of the best I’ve had the honour to play with, congrats @rhys_shellard on reaching 250 games in ⚫️⚪️. He loves a rant, takes the most stick, has taught my son a few expletives in the changing room after games but leaves everything out on the pitch every week. 👏🏻👏🏻 #bigpants

    Sad to see the end of the B&I Cup. Some of my best @PontypriddRFC memories and games came in the competition!! Some great trips and wins on the road coupled with massive games at Sardis in front of big crowds! Sure a lot of prem boys feel the same!#BIC #awaydays #memories
