Adam Spurrell was introduced as the new @Crimsonfootball head coach at @MapleGroveSrHS on Monday, becoming the 3rd head coach in the program’s 28-year history. @spurrlyman has been on the Crimson staff for 19 years, recently as the defensive coordinator.
Maple Grove Sr QB Jacob Kilzer was named the MaxPreps MN High School Football Player of the Year. Kilzer helped lead the Crimson to a perfect 13-0 record & the state Class 6A title against Rosemount

The pass from @AvaCossette to @ClaireStern11 gave @MGGirlshoops a 56-55 win over Lakeville North in the State Class 4A Quarterfinal. The Crimson will play in the Semifinal game on Thursday at 6:00 PM against Hopkins.
Standout goalie Will Ingemann of Plymouth, who will be a senior at Wayzata High School this fall, has been picked to play for the Team USA U-18 Select Team for the Hlinka Gretzky Cup tournament in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
