- 💌Throwback 5/6/23 CBX did not breach their contract on June 1, 2023‼️ When they filed a complaint (not a lawsuit) against SM ent for unfair treatment. Claims of a “breach of contract” are baseless. Here’s the official statement from CBX: 🔗news.nate.com/view/20230605n…
- Here is a post circulating undermining INB100's financial record by comparing it with other companies. We would like to clarify the doubts here. This is INB100's financial report at the end of December 2024, collected from INB100’s 2024 audit (감사보고서) numbers.
- Replying to @CBXFactCheckSM initially rejected, later offered “view only” access. SM framed it as requiring other members’ permission, even though the data should never have been mixed. - Replying to @CBXFactCheck6⃣ 6 losses The “6 losses” do not refer to lawsuits or court verdicts. CBX hasn’t lost any court cases yet; hearings are still pending. CBX (via INB100) requested access to SM Entertainment’s settlement/financial data multiple times.
- Replying to @CBXFactCheckCBX’s case challenged both SM Ent because SM negotiated over things beyond their control, and Kakao/FTC, as they have been denying the claim of favouritism toward affiliated companies.
- Replying to @CBXFactCheckSome authorities or internal processes rejected or denied their requests; reports count these denials as “6 losses.” ✅ These were administrative/procedural denials, not legal defeats in court.
- Replying to @CBXFactCheckINB100 generated a whopping revenue (~₩25.3B KRW)🎉 — this is how much money the company earned from its operations in 2024 alone — in just one year after starting to work independently. Also, their total assets have taken a significant jump: 2024: ~59.16B KRW 2023: ~40.45B KRW

- Replying to @CBXFactCheck1️⃣ Exclusive Contract Signed CBX agreed to sign an exclusive contract on June 18–19, 2025. Negotiation: 10% of individual revenue to SM Ent in exchange for a 5.5% distribution fee deal with Kakao. SM failed to uphold their side of the bargain, and still demanded 10% anyway.
- Replying to @CBXFactCheck2️⃣ Settlement Data Misconceptions Claims that EXO members’ settlement data were exposed to 3rd parties are false. SM never separated each member’s data, even though members had individual schedules since their 2nd year. CBX repeatedly requested their settlement info.
- Replying to @CBXFactCheck4⃣ Management Current representative CEO of INB100: Kim Dong-jun (former CEO of SM C&C). Baekhyun remains the founder and equity holder, though not active as CEO (allowing him to focus on his activities as an artist)
