In his veto letter, @CAgovernor @GavinNewsom ADMITS that he vetoed the California Fireproofing Bill not because we don’t need it but because it would ruin his plan to force people into cities! - 14.4% state income taxes. 10%+ sales tax. Highest vehicle, gas, utility, property (absolute $) taxes. Yet somehow @GavinNewsom California has crumbling infrastructure. Keep wasting OUR $ on carbon capture & offshore wind, free healthcare for illegals, inflated state.@CAgovernor Newsom has been briefed on a previously damaged section of the Santa Cruz pier that broke off due to heavy surf. @Cal_OES is coordinating with local officials and is ready to provide support.
