#CALFIRENEU strike team 9231C on the #CampFire rescued a kitten from an abandoned pickup truck used for rescuing civilians. The kitten rode around in NEU engine 2352 for the rest of the shift. The firefighters are taking care of her until she can be reunited with her owners.

A time lapse of planes taxiing in/out of CAL FIRE’s Airtanker Reload Base at McClellan Park in Sacramento. On this particular day, 12 Large & Very Large Airtankers were filled with 38 loads, including 195,119 gallons of retardant for the #MosquitoFire & 19,883 for the #DutchFire.
