- ICYMI: DraftKings and Delta announced a partnership that will include DraftKings-powered gaming options on the back of Delta seatback screens; further details have not been released, but federal law prohibits real money sports betting while in the air
- "Co-Conspirator 6", a relative of Terry Rozier, used insider information to win $1,500 on a Rozier Under bet, per indictment. In the following days he allegedly lost around $4,000 with the same sportsbook.

- The coming DraftKings winning bet surcharge tax rate will vary by state, but in an example $DKNG gave in Illinois with a winning $10 bet at +100, the bettor received back $19.68 instead of $20 due to the tax. That would roughly translate to an odds shift from +100 to -104.
