- Worked with a couple of the Offensive Linemen today @ UM on film study & went on the field to teach technique. They took time & reached out & I went to share my knowledge. 🙌🏾 #Canes4Life
- Deejay Dallas is one of my favorite players on this #Canes team because I feel like he could have played in my Era & gives it his all to WIN! I feel the same for Cam as well
- Tonight is was great to relive the 2009 @vikings vs Green Bay, & thank you to all the Vikings Fans/Friends who chilled with me tonight as I have a little commentary. Hope we can do this again soon. Stay in touch everyone! 😎

- Well #Minnesota I’ll now be in town that Thursday of #SuperBowl week for Autograph signings, Events & hostings. Time to turn up that week in Minnesota like old times lol. Too cold for a Boat party so don’t ask 😜

- I’m back on campus tomorrow around noon to work with the O Line tomorrow & on Monday I recruited ✌🏾 other former lineman to join me & help teach. #ItsAllAboutTheU 🙌🏾
- Antoine Winfield came to play every week. Little man who packed a powerful punch. One of my favs to watch on our defense that year.
- One thing I’m expecting is for those tackles to reach out to me & wanna watch film together. It’s still some teaching that needs to be done.
- Man the @Vikings facility is amazing, The Wilfs have done & continuing to do an amazing job with that development. Great investmet & very convienent to have a hotel on that campus as well as apts for players to live in, id live right over there to be right next to work.
- Just finished giving a speech to the players @ U of Miami, wishing them a Great Win tomorrow.
- What I will say is Garin Justice is for sure taking the right approach from the start! 👍🏾
