    34 strong, 9 section 5/6 schools represented today at the #BigSkillPerformance🦍 x @CTC4CHANGE “Upstate Elite Lineman Academy” (those not pictured, sorry). Needless to say we are making a huge footprint in this city for the big boys both OL/DL. Sundays at 1. Come see us 🤟🏾🏈

    Section V football players, don’t pay too much attention to those “list” like All State and AGR. I was 2nd team AGR and have more accolades than everyone combined at my position from that list. It’s politics. Don’t be the guy that fizzles out in HS. Let that light your flame‼️

    Wife’s been in labor since 11 am yesterday...I’ll tell you what, women have the hardest job on this planet and I have the highest, utmost respect for y’all after the last hr of my life lol. God bless y’all 🙏🏾 now hopefully this baby comes by tonight. Keep us in your prayers 🤞🏾🤞🏾

    As a HS coach, portal is officially killing us. Gonna be real hard to tell scholarship caliper athletes that they aren’t scholarship athletes anymore. To make it worse, most college coaches don’t even have their DMs open anymore unless your “verified” SMH. D3 is the new JUCO 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

    Yall Highschool coaches in Rochester need to stop being scared of losing your jobs and SPEAK UP on social justice and instead of worrying about football. I’ve heard stories from plenty black kids in those urban suburban programs. Don’t let that fly over your head✊🏾#StayWoke

    UNPOPULAR OPINION : COVID is ruining our athletes futures. FACT: if your kid has been sitting on their butt this whole time, he or she doesn’t care about their sport. YOU DONT need a coach to tell you to run and do drills at home. So get over it. Be real with yourself 🤷🏾‍♂️✍🏾👊🏾💥
