32 NFL teams...3 black coaches. Roughly 128 D1 programs, 11 black coaches. Not gonna mention the laughable #’s at the D2 & D3 level. Eric Bieniemy, OC for the chiefs, can’t get a HC job, but a position coach for the PATs gets hired by a cornerstone franchise? We’re in 2020, 🤔?

Here we go! there’s always someone with this idiotic take. Football is a meritocracy, meaning the best get the job, except in the coaching profession. You gonna be bold enough to say these black coaches just aren’t good enough?

Our wave drill (zone track) is something I introduced to my RBs in year 1 on staff, trying to simulate how the front could potentially sort out on both IZ & OZ. RBs need to press designed aiming points & “ride the wave.”

I don’t want to hear a damn thing else about the Rooney Rule. Not after this hire by the NY Giants

Decades of changing lives now comes to an end. A time where diversity and inclusion are important, taking away the most diverse element on campus, 🏈 program, is wrong & shortsighted. Azusa Pacific football changed lives, especially guys, like myself from urban communities.

It’s the offering of a roster spot. Just because you attend a D3 school doesn’t mean you can simply join whenever you want. The elite programs are very selective w/ prospects. Also, there are plenty of kids going to school damn near for free at D3s due to their academic success

The Lord is truly amazing. I’m excited to announce that I’ve been promoted to be the full-time WRs coach at the U of R. Coach Jim Good and the entire coaching staff have been extremely ancillary in my coaching journey, and I am forever grateful. #faithofamustardseed

😢 #RIP Coach Schottenheimer. Arguably one of the most successful yet under appreciated coaches in NFL history.

I Corinthians 9:16 Telling the Good News is not my reason for bragging. Telling the Good News is my duty—something I must do. And how bad it will be for me if I do not tell the Good News. Grateful an opportunity to pour into the lives of young men, pushing the kingdom forward.

So did Matt Nagy or even the HC for the Bengals. Both got HC jobs and didn’t technically call plays.

funny seeing coaches from privileged backgrounds or accustomed to coaching kids born on 3rd base being critical of @INDYHEADCOACH1 coaching style. I challenge you to coach at a Compton CC, an ELCO, Dorsey HS, LASWC, etc. We’ll see if your “correct” coaching style will suffice.
