- Congratulations to Broome AD Skip Frye. He was just awarded the Region 2 AAA AD of the Year. We are very fortunate to have Coach Frye at Broome. He's one of the best is SC.
- Today is my last day as principal at Broome. It has been a blessing to work with our outstanding staff, students, and community for the past 9 years. I will always be a Centurion! I begin my new job in Lancaster County on July 1st as Dir. of Employee & Community Relations.
- Thanks Coach Frye for all you've done at Broome High for the past 36 years as teacher, coach, AD and friend.
- Dawn and I are thrilled to let everyone know that our first grandchild arrived yesterday. Hampton Anderson Graves was born on 8/16/21, Dawn's birthday. Congratulations Grace and Luke.
- Dawn and I are proud to share that our son Luke was selected as Officer of the Year for the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office. Congratulations Luke!!!
- It was difficult to let dad go on Tuesday 10/31/23. He was an example of what a husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather should be. He loved mom for over 60 years. He cherished his family. He is healed and is with the lord. Rest easy, Dad. Until I see you again.
- My office was officially cleaned out today. I was blessed to serve as principal for the past 9 years at Broome High. Great students, great staff, and a great community made going to work each day fun. Year 38 will begin tomorrow in the Lancaster County School System.
- Happy Birthday Coach Skip Frye!! Mentor to students, coaches, athletes, teachers and principals. Thanks for all you do for BHS!! THE GOAT!!!
- Today is a special day at Broome. Gary Barnard has served our school as Director of Guidance for 26 years. He is one of a kind and always did what was best for our students. Thanks for your outstanding service to BHS. We wish you much success in your new position at DMTC.
- During my 30+ years an educator Skip Frye has to be one of the most respected coaches, AD's, mentors, educators and most importantly a class act. Broome High is fortunate to have him. He sets the standard for the rest of is to follow. Conquer & Prevail!!You know what this face means? It means 18 IN A ROW! BROOME BOYS ARE REGION CHAMPS!!
