Carrollton’s Joey King is in a league of his own as the only coach in the state earning over $200K. The next highest-paid coach is John Reid from Rome High School, earning $175,706. 📸- GPB Sports StaffReaders added contextBrooks Carter for NwGaFootball.com had this story first. - Alabama’s defense absolutely destroying Leonard Fournette’s Heisman campaign will always be one of my favorite Bama moments.
00:00 - Saban was more than just a football coach for Alabama. His impact on the university is immeasurable. The enrollment was 23,900 before he arrived, it is now 38,600. The upgrades to the academic & athletic facilities have been constant & impressive. He made UA a destination school
- There’s a lot of insane stats about Nick Saban’s career, but probably my favorite Nick stat is that he was 11-1 in SEC Championship Games (only loss was 2008 Florida). That’s so impressive.
