Thank you, San Francisco, for re-electing me to serve as your District Attorney for 4 more years. Voters decisively sent a message that public safety must be steered by true accountability & experience. We will not go back to the failed policies of the previous administration.

Under my leadership the San Francisco District Attorney's office will work diligently every single day to restore order to our city and to bring our city back to being the beautiful city that we know it is and the world renowned place that everybody loves to come visit.

I told the public that on day one I will begin enforcing drug crime law. I mean what I say and I am focused on delivering on my promise to hold serious and repeat offenders accountable for wreaking havoc in our communities like the Tenderloin.

There are no victimless crimes and we have to send a strong message that repeat offenders will face consequences for their actions if they continue to choose a life of crime. abc7ne.ws/3uXiWoz

Chesa Boudin wants reporters to publish that San Franciscans are falsely imagining a lack of safety. We aren’t imaging it, it’s not just a feeling. It’s a reality. We don’t have security to protect us like he does. We are at risk 24/7.

We have now turned the corner on the culture in San Francisco with respect to retail theft. I have made it clear that we will prosecute those who commit theft in our City. No longer can we view retail theft as a low level crime. No longer can we view it as less serious.

We are back to fully enforcing our laws — all crime is illegal in San Francisco again. I am committed to continuing this work to ensure that crime continues to go down + most importantly that our residents & visitors feel safe. Thank you @JohnAvlon for having me on @cnni.

I want to extend my sincerest condolences to Mr. Lee’s family members & loved ones for his loss. We do not tolerate these horrific acts of violence in San Francisco. At this time no arrests have been made. Anyone w/ information is asked to call @SFPD Tip Line at 1-415-575-4444.

The Democratic Party must shift + take a tougher approach on crime while Californians & Americans are demanding public safety as a fundamental right. We cannot allow anarchy in our cities – the electorate has made this clear in San Francisco, Alameda, & Los Angeles counties.

For the past year +, the previous administration did not earn one conviction for fentanyl. We have to send a strong message that you will face consequences and potentially jail time for dealing fentanyl.

SFDA Chesa Boudin deflects blame on everything and everyone else for our crime issues in SF. Today, I will begin sharing specific case examples to prove how he is refusing to hold offenders accountable and lying to voters. Let’s start with guns…

Every day our prosecutors go into court + fight for justice & public safety. Yet, almost daily they are met w/ staunch resistance within the courthouse. Not only was this victim denied justice, but all San Franciscans were left less safe today due to this reckless decision.
