- find a target video in your niche (1m+ views)
- copy every single part of it (music, hook, angles, pace, mood)
- fit in app functionality super subtly
- watch the questions "what app?" roll in
- convert from comments

this bootstrapped app was only released 90 days ago and already made:

In consumer apps it seems 90% onboarding to paywall and 20% trial start (not including winbacks) seems to be the gold standard
Any higher and you can charge more, any lower and you’re missing out
